Position Summary
The Project Engineer provides technical and administrative support for assigned construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating critical project documentation, supporting schedule and cost control efforts, facilitating communication between the field and office, and assisting the Construction Manager in the overall delivery of the work. The Project Engineer plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, driving timely responses on RFIs and submittals, and helping ensure the project stays on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project correspondence.
- Assist with schedule updates, progress tracking, and coordination with the project controls team.

- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item logs.

Position Summary
The Senior Scheduler is responsible and authorized to coordinate and direct assigned projects in conjunction with a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting our defined quality standards and exceeding each client's expectations, directly applying technical skills and knowledge to monitor project progress, perform cost analysis, and develop and maintain project schedules, and providing the project team with data and reports to support planning and execution on a wide range of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client/project point of contact to establish and maintain effective communication processes and a positive working relationship with clients
- Provide supervision/leadership to a team of project professionals.
- Interact with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule

- Identify and communicate opportunities/alternatives to schedule in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Communicate schedule deviations and projected impacts to project/program teams and assist in the preparation of Change Notices/Management of Change documents, as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive scheduling experience on $20M+ projects
- Expertise with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong comfort level in MS Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and report writing methods
