Cities of the Future

he American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Hawaiʻi Section will be debuting the film Cities of the Future, narrated by award-winning actor and director, John Krasinski.

Cities of the Future features five young ASCE members working to solve the world’s most pressing challenges with inspiring solutions. It also follows a team of middle school students as they compete in the Future City Competition.

The ASCE Hawaiʻi Section will be hosting two (2) screenings of Cities of the Future at Regal Windward Stadium 10 to attract those that are curious and/or interested in engineering. Additionally, before each screening we will be having a short panel discussion to highlight the engineering field and inspire attendees to pursue a career in engineering. In order to put on a production of this magnitude and to be able to offer tickets to students at a low price, we are seeking corporate sponsors.

For a $500 donation, your company logo will be included in our printed program and other promotional materials (e.g., ASCE Hawaiʻi Section website, on-screen before/after the film screening, at the ASCE booth during the HCES E-Week, etc.). We are also providing sponsors with an optional speaking opportunity to spotlight your company before one of our panel discussions, as well as a promotional code (unlimited uses) for 50% off the ticket price that you can share with your staff, friends and family.
